SEATTLE, WA — Michael Romero, LEED AP joins Parametrix as a Senior Construction Manager based in Seattle, Washington. He has over 25 years of industry experience in landscape architecture, project, and construction management. He has spent the last 15 years providing construction and project management services for K-12 schools and other public sector clients.

Romero comes to Parametrix from the Shoreline School District where he served as a Construction Manager. He managed the budget, programming, schedule, consultants, design, permitting, and construction for a four-school $250-million bond program. His project experience also includes work for the Lake Washington School District, Seattle Public Schools, State of Washington, City of Bainbridge Island, Pierce Transit, and King County Metro.

At Parametrix, he joins the firm’s community building division, providing project and construction management services to public and private clients in the Puget Sound region.
